How often should you replace it?

every 3 to 4 months. If the bristles look bent sooner, you should
replace it earlier.
Replace your toothbrush after being sick
It is a good idea to replace your toothbrush after you have had a
cold, flu, or a throat infection. Germs can remain and bristles, and
using the same toothbrush may increase the chance of getting sick
again.
