Abid Hidayat, DDS
I welcome you to my new office located in the heart of Scarborough at Markham/Ellesmere. I have personally chosen everything in this office to make your visit comfortable. My staff is well trained and I think you’ll find the team at my office very caring and experienced.I hold an Honors Bachelor’s degree in life sciences from McMaster University and attended the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry, graduating in 2009. Soon after graduating, I worked in rural Ontario in a very busy clinic doing all aspects of dentistry. Then, I moved back to Toronto, where I worked in nursing homes and was also part of the faculty at the University of Toronto in the emergency and oral diagnosis departments.I have worked in Scarborough for around 10 years now. At The Smile Team, I will personally make sure all your needs are met and that my team exceeds your expectations. Over the years, I have taken numerous courses ranging from implant dentistry to surgery, and I absolutely adore treating young patients.Outside of work, you will find me spending time with my wife — a medical doctor — and my two beautiful daughters.
